Rutherford County Orchestra League
Students will learn the basic techniques of playing the violin, viola, and cello, as well as reading music and playing within a group setting, in this team-based performance ensemble. This is a beginning-level program and no prior experience is required.

Each team can accept up to 14 players. Minimum of 6 players required to form a team. More teams will be added with enough interest. You may contact Wild Roots to see what positions are available.
Students are expected to be on good behavior at all times, being attentive and listening to instructors. Anyone that is constantly disruptive may be asked to leave the program.

*Each team will meet once a week to practice together.
*All teams will come together once a month to practice as a group.
*Several "games" will be played throughout the year at different venues.
Spring Session 2023 Schedule:
15 Practices, starting the week of January 23 - week of May 8 (No practice April 10)
TEAM Grades 3-5: Mondays, 4:00-5:00
TEAM Grades 6-8: Mondays, 5:15-6:15
TEAM Adult (includes HS): Mondays, 6:30-7:30
2 All-Team Combined Practices: Sundays, March 26 & April 23, 2:30-4:30
First Game (concert): TBA
